Our Team

David Nash - President/Owner

As president and owner of Atlantis Homes, Dave has over 20 years of construction-related management and multi-disciplined, hands-on experience with fluency in all aspects of construction such as foundations, rough carpentry, drywall, and finish carpentry.

Throughout his career, Dave has built over 275 custom homes and additions.  He is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration as well as certification in mold inspection and remediation, and is a licensed real estate broker with the state of Michigan.  He is also a Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS).

Dave is a lifetime Lapeer County resident who is married with four children and active in his community as a baseball and basketball coach in addition to being a Genesee County Habitat for Humanity active donor.

 

Shane Campbell - General Manager

Shane is a third generation modular home builder who has learned the business ‘hands on.’ As a teenager, he worked on his family-owned set crew and interior and exterior trim crews, and eventually purchased the business from his parents where he sold nearly 400 custom modular homes and coordinated all facets of the projects. Atlantis Homes is excited to have Shane's experience and knowledge on our staff since 2015.

Throughout the late-1990s and mid-2000s, Shane’s in-depth background and expertise within the industry propelled him to one of the largest modular home builders in Southeastern Michigan while he accumulated multiple “Builder of the Year” and “Master Builder” awards from Active Homes in Marlette, Michigan. Shane graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and carries a real estate license with the state of Michigan.

Shane and his wife have resided in Lapeer County for 18 years where they raise their five children. Shane is active in his community where he serves as the vice-president of the school's athletic boosters club and coaches youth baseball, football, and basketball as well as travel baseball and high school baseball.

 

Pamela Russell - Office Manager

Pam joined Atlantis Homes in 2015 and as office manager brings to the team her communication and organizational skills.  Her 11 years of experience as a business owner and medical documentation specialist have given her insight into what an office needs to run smoothly.  She is a graduate of Wayne State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in advertising and public relations, as well as a licensed real etsate agent in the state of Michigan.

Pam has resided in Lapeer County for 21 years with her husband and four children and is active in her community as a Girl Scout leader since 2010 in addition to being a member of the Lapeer Symphony Orchestra as the principal second violinist since 2004.
